Just to let you know, I did the Bracknell park run on Sat, not very fast but managed to jog the whole way. The Achilles seems fine but the legs were a bit tired. I will continue to do my stretches and exercises to make sure I stay fit. Hopefully will get ‘more speedy’ with practice.
