I am just writing to say a big THANK YOU for your help and support during the physio. It has made a huge improvement and with the extra training I have even managed to beat my own PB for 5KM before feeling fully “fit”
To date there are no problems with the knees and all going well.
I will be keeping up the exercises as part of my routine, so hopefully will not have the problem again. (however I do officially hate the gorilla kicks 😉
