I could never thank you enough Neil. I have been through a lot of pain and in the darkest days I was even thinking about changing my job. He was patient, calm, always positive and available. Thanks to him, I avoid a painful surgery and now after this journey, I am pain free. Thank you so much Neil
saw Neil during lock-down (initially via Zoom, then in person) for a running-caused Achilles problem. Excellent, targeted advice, guidance re exercises, and intervention, over several weekly appointments, which has enabled a return to 3-4 mile runs on alternate days. Thoroughly recommended, and would certainly return if needs - be.
I saw Neil over the summer - very respectful of covid rules. Really thorough and helpful, also followed up with me over email after treatment
Have consulted with Neil on a number of occasions over the years and most recently related to an Achilles issue. As always, Neil was thorough in his assessment, challenging in setting the exercise regeme to aid recovery and always focussed on the required outcomes wrt mobility, sports, participation etc. During Covid era he was very careful in keeping with Covid safe protocols which was very reassuring. A particularly reassuring aspect for me was Neil's knowledge and acceptance of when physio treatment was not showing the desired results, he was able to give great advice to try other interventions which could make a positive difference. Thus he has very much become a trusted advisor for me.
Splendid service even under Covid rules. Thank you
