I’ve been doing all the strengthening exercises you suggested for my upper back, reasonably religiously, for the last 6 months and amazingly my neck feels brilliant. I have had this sore neck for 30 years . I’ve been to countless physios , chiropractors etc and you have cured it I’m astounded!
Just to let you know, I did the Bracknell park run on Sat, not very fast but managed to jog the whole way. The Achilles seems fine but the legs were a bit tired. I will continue to do my stretches and exercises to make sure I stay fit. Hopefully will get 'more speedy' with practice. Thank you for all your help and advice. It was much appreciated.
It was a pleasure to meet with you today and I found your knowledge and advice invaluable. I hope to be in better shape following your advice and look forward to seeing you again.
I am just writing to say a big THANK YOU for your help and support during the physio. It has made a huge improvement and with the extra training I have even managed to beat my own PB for 5KM before feeling fully "fit" To date there are no problems with the knees and all going well. I will be keeping up the exercises as part of my routine, so hopefully will not have the problem again. (however I do officially hate the gorilla kicks 😉
