Neil qualified from the University of East London in 2005. He moved into the Private Sector in 2010 at Bupa Sports Injuries Clinic where he worked closely with Sports and Exercise Medicine Consultants treating patients from elite level through to capable amateur athletes.

Alongside NG Physiotherapy, Neil holds the position of Hip Specialist Physiotherapist working alongside world leading hip consultants Mr Pollard and Mr Andrade, providing advanced assessment and clinical decision-making selecting patients for specialist injections, operations or conservative treatment. In addition, Neil also works as an Advanced Practice Physiotherapist for Circle Health in North Hampshire where he performs joint injections and treats complex cases. Neil continually strives for excellence and in addition to his day job he is in the process of completing a Masters degree in Advanced Neuromusculoskeletal Physiotherapy at the University of Hertfordshire.

Neil's clinical interests are in Hip and Groin related pain and he feels exercises, done properly, are the best form of evidence based treatment. He has attended courses led by world leaders in the field of hip and groin pain and strength and conditioning. Neil has a strong focus on treating the root cause of symptoms, ensuring his clients gain a good understanding of their pain or injury, whilst providing evidence based treatment for immediate and lasting recovery.

Neil has experience within sport previously working at Reading Football Club, Maidenhead Football Club and Henley Rugby Club and medical support at events such as the Great North Run.

Sarah qualified from St George’s University of London in 2014 and then completed her junior rotations before settling on MSK as her area of speciality.

She has worked as a senior MSK Physiotherapist across Farnham and Basingstoke with experience in treating a range of acute and chronic conditions, sports injuries and post operative patients for both adults and paediatrics. She has been the Physiotherapy team lead for Circle Health North Hampshire for the last 5 years, working closely with Advanced Practice Physiotherapists and developing her skills, with particular expertise in managing complex cases.

Sarah's clinical specialities include chronic pain and the impact pain can have on multiple aspects of our function and health. She ensures patients are treated holistically, feeling that alongside evidence based manual therapy and exercise, education and collaborative working are an integral part of care. This should ensure patients feel in control of their condition and can return to the activities they enjoy.

She leads the Basingstoke NASS group for axial spondyloarthritis with both gym and hydrotherapy based classes. She has also completed the Pelvic, Obstetric and Gynaecological Physiotherapy MSK Pregnancy certification and has a keen interest in spinal and pelvic related pain.

Woosehill Medical Centre

We have a spacious private treatment room in Woosehill Medical Centre. This allows for a comprehensive functional assessment, treatment and exercise demonstration.

We have our own separate waiting area in a quiet area of the medical centre.

You are welcome to have a chaperone present during your treatment, please state if this is required at time of booking and we can arrange this. We ask that children up to 18 are accompanied by their parent/guardian.

Ryeish Green Sports Hub

We have a private treatment room in Ryeish Green Sports Hub with access to the gym area which allows for thorough functional assessment, treatment and exercise demonstration for ongoing rehab and return to exercise.

There is a spacious waiting area in the gym reception.

The Sports Hub has a large private car park.
